Professional Experience:
I have 16 years of experience as an Educator, including serving as a Teacher and a School Psychologist.
Church Affiliation:
Since our move to Florida in 2009, we have attended Clearwater Community Church. Prior to that, we attended Clarkston Free Methodist Church in Michigan for 22 years.
Personal Information:
My husband, Doug, and I have been married for 23 years. Our daughter, Laura, attends Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater. Our son, Andrew, is a Kindergarten student at Westlake.
Special Interests:
Our family spends time boating and enjoying other outdoor experiences together. Personally, I enjoy walking four to five miles a day, reading, spending time with family and friends, and baking. We all look forward to our involvement in church life - Worship Team, Children's Ministries, Youth Ministries and Women's Ministries.
Favorite Bible Verses:
My "life verse," that I believe God placed on my heart as an undergraduate student, is:
"But thanks be to God who gives us victory through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the joy of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord." 1st Corinthians 15:57-58
I also continually read Psalm 15 and Isaiah 61.
